SAGEEP 2022 Registration Information

Online registration has closed.  Please join us and register on site in Denver.  Registration will open at 10:00 a.m. MT Sunday, March 20.  The SAGEEP 2022 Registration Desk is located on the Lower Level of the Hilton Denver City Center Hotel, the conference venue.  We look forward to seeing you in Denver, Colorado USA in March for our 34^th SAGEEP!

Checks from Canadian bank accounts must be drawn on banks with US affiliations (example: checks from Canadian Credit Suisse banks are payable through Credit Suisse New York, USA). If you are unsure, please contact your bank.

Exhibitors:

ALL EXHIBITORS MUST REGISTER THROUGH EEGS' EXHIBITS MANAGER. If you are an Exhibitor or Exhibitor Personnel, EEGS' Exhibits Manager will contact you directly regarding conference registration.  

Students:

Students who qualify for waived registration fees will need to complete a special registration form and submit to [email protected] by Thursday, March 17 or bring your completed form to the Registration Desk in Denver.  Students who are being sponsored by their EEGS Student Chapter or who will be sponsored by faculty (who is registered for the full conference) will need to complete a printed form and email to .  Click here  for the Student Registration form.  EEGS Member Students:  Please be sure to list your qualifying Student Chapter representatives or your registered faculty's name.  To print or download a list of active EEGS Student Chapters and contacts, click here.  

Short Course Instructors:

If you are a Short Course instructor/presenter, please use the special, downloadable Short Course Instructor Registration form and email the completed form to [email protected] by Thursday, March 17 or bring the completed form to the Registration Desk in Denver.  If you plan to attend any of the technical sessions and/or visit the exhibitions, you must register for the conference at On Site rates.
