SAGEEP 2024 will be held at the Tucson Convention Center and attendees are encouraged to make their hotel reservations at any of the nearby hotels.  For your convenience, EEGS has secured competitive rates at the Hampton Inn Tucson Downtown, Home2 Suites by Hilton Tucson Downtown and the DoubleTree by Hilton Tucson Downtown Convention Center by
guaranteeing our registrants will make a minimum number of room reservations.

Located in downtown Tucson, the Hampton Inn Tucson Downtown and the Home2 Suites by Hilton Tucson Downtown are less than a mile from the Tucson Convention Center (.6 miles), less than a mile from Interstate 10, and close to the Tucson Museum of Art and Historic Fourth Avenue. The airport is minutes away (Tucson International Airport:  9 miles; Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport: 115 miles).  The Home2 Suites features a rooftop pool, and both facilities offer spacious lobbies and workspaces. Breakfast and WiFi (in room and lobby) are included at both facilities.

  1. Click “edit stay” at the top, right-hand area (just under the Hilton logo)
  2. Choose your arrival/departure dates

  4. Select the room type (Queen, King)
  5. Click “show price details” under Payment and Guest Details to reveal the different pricing based on the reservation day

The DoubleTree is connected to the Tucson Convention Center and features on-site dining, the pool, lobby bar and outdoor seating.  Enjoy contemporary Southwest Cuisine in El Mezquite Grill, and local beers and spirits in our Pueblo Lounge Bar. You'll receive the iconic DoubleTree warm cookie upon arrival!  The Tucson International Airport is approximately 9 miles from the Convention Center (there is no airport shuttle).

We are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable experience for SAGEEP attendees from check-in to check-out. We will be posting updates to any health-related mandates or restrictions that may be adopted by the City of Tucson.  Presently, no restrictions will affect SAGEEP; however, please review the hotel guidelines:

We ask that you follow all local guidelines and laws with respect to practicing social distancing and wearing a mask in public areas. Please check with local public health and government authorities regarding guidelines or requirements that may be in place for the location of your stay.  We will be updating this space and providing signage in the SAGEEP meeting areas communicating the current requirements from local public health and government authorities.
