Group Reservations for SAGEEP/MRM Attendees has Ended
The SAGEEP/MRM schedule does depart from a typical SAGEEP:  The Ice Breaker will be on Monday, April 3.  However, Short Courses and Workshops are scheduled for Sunday, April 2 (and Thursday, April 6).

guaranteeing our registrants will make a minimum number of room reservations.   We have also secured "overflow" accommodations at the DoubleTree (6-minute walk - .3 miles from the Hilton Riverside, host hotel) for those who are unable to secure the arrival/departure dates requested.  Scroll down for details on DoubleTree online reservations.

What To Expect During Your Visit 

We are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable experience for SAGEEP attendees from check-in to check-out. We will be posting updates to any health-related mandates or restrictions that may be adopted by the City of New Orleans and Orleans parish (county). Presently, no restrictions will affect SAGEEP; however, please review the hotel guidelines: 

FACE COVERINGS
We ask that you follow all local guidelines and laws with respect to practicing social distancing and wearing a mask in public areas. Please check with local public health and government authorities regarding guidelines or requirements that may be in place for the location of your stay.  We will be updating this space and providing signage in the SAGEEP/Munitions Response meeting areas communicating the current requirements from local public health and government authorities. 

HILTON CLEAN STAY
The hotel has taken additional measures beyond the hotel industry's cleaning standards by partnering with Reckitt, maker of Lysol & Dettol, to develop the Hilton Clean Stay program. This program builds upon the already rigorous Hilton cleaning standards by providing enhanced training for their Team Members, increased cleaning of public areas and adjusted food & beverage service, to ensure a worry-free stay.
